What's the return policy?
We want you to be happy with your purchase. We accept returns for most unworn merchandise within 14 days of purchase and provide store credit for you to exhange your purchase. Store credit is good for six months from date issued.
We do not provide cash or credit refunds for purchases.
All jewelry and discounted / sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
How do I submit a return?
We're sorry to hear your purchase didn't work out. We'll gladly accept the return in exchange for store credit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Just send an email requesting return authoration to us at: shopworthyclothingco@gmail.com
We will reply with confirmation for your return request. as quickly as we can. Then, package the unworn item with tags still attached in the original packaging to us at this address:

Can I place an order for pick up at the boutique in Covington?
Absolutely. During the check-out process, you can choose the option to pick-up your purchase. Your order will be ready for pick-up at our boutique within 24 hours. Be sure to check out store hours.
How much time does it take to process my order before it's shipped?
We process orders daily, Tuesday through Saturday, during store hours. Orders typically ship within 24 hours of being placed.
How do you determine shipping charges?
Shipping charges are based on the weight of your purchase, your location and the shipping method you choose during the check-out process.

Who's the female business owner behind Worthy Clothing Co.?
Worthly Clothing Co. is a small business owned and managed by Haley Ellis. Growing up, Haley watched her entrepreneurial mother, DeAnn Ellis, form and lead her own businesses. Haley has always loved fashion and when given the opportunity to start her own boutique with support from family and friends, she jumped at the chance. Haley created Worthy Clothing Co. to be an inviting and warm space for women of all sizes and shapes to find cute and classy clothing, shoes, and accessories.
